EX-L UV Sterilizer
The ONYX-EX-L series features a pipeline-type design with inlet and outlet flange connections. Made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant 304/316L stainless steel, it boasts a fully enclosed and compact design.
The ONYX-EX-L incorporates innovative technologies, including food-grade processing, automatic mechanical cleaning, and CFD flow simulation, to reduce costs and significantly simplify operation and maintenance.
The ballast, operating indicator, timer, alarm, and intelligent control system are all housed within the control box. The lamps offer strong sterilization capabilities, long life, and stable operation. Their sterilization efficiency is ≥99.9%, and their lamp life is ≥12,000 hours.

Automatic Cleaning Time/Frequency: The cleaning time and frequency can be set on the control system interface. Temperature Detection: High temperature alarms, lamp shutdown, and equipment protection functions are activated. Timed Start: Energy-saving and consumption-saving, the system schedules lamp start and stop based on the central control system's water supply schedule to achieve energy savings. Flow and Residual Chlorine Signal Linkage: The system has reserved input points for external flow and residual chlorine signals. Once connected, these signals can be linked to the flow and residual chlorine signals to adjust lamps on and off in real time. Alarm Functions: These functions include lamp failure alarms, cleaning failure alarms, and high temperature alarms. | |||
Remote and IoT Control: Access real-time lamp operating status, UV intensity, current, voltage, and more. Supports PC and mobile client applications to view on-site equipment operation status and obtain real-time device information. | ![]() | |||
